Animals Becoming Extinct
I feel strongly about animals becoming extinct. The main thing is that the whole world will be boring without animals! Would you be glad if there were just humans here? Or if there was no animals to protect you from criminals? I wouldn't!
Apparently some people would like animals to become extinct because they say "What's the point having animals here? They're useless!" but I'd like to say to them that animals aren't useless they're cute, adorable and makes the world a better place!
To be honest, this irritates me. People don't care! I say this because all of the snow and ice is melting because of us; animals like penguins, snow leopards, seals and polar bears will die because there will be nowhere snowy for them to live plus they'll die because they'll get too hot from their blubber and fur and die of the heat.
And there's another thing…Africa! There's loads of hunting for fur and horns. I mean elephants, rhinos, lions, leopards and cheetahs are getting killed just for the tinniest thing! Sharks, dolphins and whales are getting killed just for their top fin and their blubber to make perfume. How pointless is that!
Chimpanzees are getting taken away from their habitat to be tested on! I don't think that its right for us humans to take an animals that's practically the same species as us and then test it on HIV medicines, drugs, make-up and they even send them to the moon! This is getting way out of hand!
Furthermore, all of the lakes, rivers, streams and the ocean are getting polluted. And if the waters are getting polluted then all of the animals that live it the water will die! This will also affect animals that eat fish. Then they won't have anything to eat and they will die as well…
All of the rainforests around the world are getting chopped down! Fair enough the people who live there need the money but these trees take hundreds of years to grow. Every single animal that lives in the rainforest are endangered because there's no trees for them to live or to shelter from the rain. Where will they go if there are no trees about? This is getting ridiculous!
What I want to know is why are all these people killing them? What did they ever do to you? Yeah they might injure you or kill you but that is for defence! Why don't people around the world just grow up? Leave the animals in peace why don't you!
Finally, I'd like to say is what are we going to eat if they're all gone? They make food for us and keep us healthy! Are we just going to eat vegetables for the rest of our life? I don't think so! I do hope you have thought this through and please don't kill these extraordinary animals! Give them a chance why don't you? Put your weapons down and save these creatures!
